Everything Submito does
Here's what Submito does. If you need something that's not on this list, email us — we might be building it.
Collecting submissions
Dynamic fields
Your form can change without telling us. Add a phone field next month, we'll pick it up automatically. No schema updates, no migration.
Strict mode
Lock a form to a known field set and reject anything outside it. Useful when you want to catch a broken integration before bad data lands in your dashboard.
Three CAPTCHA providers
Turnstile, reCAPTCHA, and hCaptcha. You pick, we verify server-side. Most form backends give you one option or none.
Spam filtering
A malicious IP database, a honeypot field, and per-form rate limiting run on every submission before it reaches your dashboard.
File uploads
Attach files to a submission and we store them, with per-plan storage limits and automatic cleanup once the submission's retention period ends.
Custom redirects
Send visitors to your own thank-you page after they submit, instead of a generic confirmation screen.
Managing submissions
The pipeline
Every submission gets a status — new, contacted, closed, whatever you name them. Start from a preset template or build your own.
Kanban and list views
See every unhandled submission across a client's forms in one view. Drag it to 'Contacted' when you've followed up.
Team assignment
Assign a submission to a teammate so it's clear who owns the follow-up, not just who saw it first.
Internal notes
Leave context on a submission for your team without emailing the lead by accident.
Follow-up reminders
Set a reminder on a submission and get pinged if it's still open when the date arrives.
Direct reply
Reply to a lead straight from the submission with a mailto link — no copying an email address into a new tab.
Monitoring forms
We don't crawl your client sites. We watch submission patterns. If a form that gets 5 leads a day suddenly gets zero, we tell you. We can't tell you the form was removed from the page — but we can tell you it stopped receiving data.
Silent form detection
We track how long it's been since a form's last submission. If it goes quiet longer than its normal pattern, you get an alert.
Baseline learning
Submito learns each form's normal daily volume over time, instead of using one fixed threshold for every form on every client site.
Volume drop alerts
If a form that usually gets several leads a day drops to a fraction of that, you're notified — even if it hasn't gone fully silent.
Configurable thresholds
Set your own silent-alert window per form instead of relying on our defaults.
Working as a team
Workspaces
One workspace per client. Forms, submissions, and team access stay separate — nothing bleeds between clients.
Roles
Owner, admin, or member. Control who can change settings and who can just work submissions.
Invitations
Invite a teammate or a client contact by email. They get access to exactly the workspace you invited them to.
Workspace transfers
Handing a client off to another team member — or off your agency entirely? Transfer the workspace instead of rebuilding it.
White-label
Branded email notifications and a custom thank-you redirect, so the leads your client sees never mention Submito.
Data and compliance
Export
Pull submissions out as CSV or JSON whenever you need them, per form.
Configurable retention
Set how long submissions stick around, from 30 days to 12 months depending on plan. After that, they’re deleted automatically.
Right to deletion
Export or delete all of an account’s data in one request — the GDPR answer you need when someone asks.
EU hosting
Data lives in EU data centers. Nothing routes through US infrastructure by default.
DPA available
A Data Processing Agreement is available on request for clients who need one on file.
Encryption
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
