How does Submito work with my existing forms?
Change the form action URL to your Submito endpoint. That's it. No JavaScript, no SDKs. Works with any HTML form, any framework, any website builder.
What happens when the 14 days end?
Your account moves to the Free plan. Nothing breaks and nothing is deleted — your forms keep collecting and notifications keep going out, you just move to Free plan limits. No card is required at any point.
What happens to submissions if I cancel?
Your workspace downgrades to the Free plan. Submissions keep getting collected under Free plan rules and email notifications still go out. No sites break.
Is my data stored in the EU?
Yes. All data is stored in EU data centers. Submito is fully GDPR compliant. We don't sell or share your data with third parties.
Can I use Submito for client projects?
That's exactly what it's built for. Each workspace maps to a client. Invite team members, assign leads, and manage everything from one account.
What spam protection is included?
Turnstile, reCAPTCHA, and hCaptcha are all supported. Enable them from the dashboard and add the captcha widget to your form - a few lines of HTML.
Do I need to change my form code?
Only the form action URL. Point it to your Submito endpoint instead of your current backend. The form fields, styling, and behavior stay exactly the same.
