Getform runs on US infrastructure. Submito stores submissions on EU servers under a processor agreement, with export and retention controls — the difference between a quick GDPR answer and an awkward one.
Form health monitoring
Submito watches your endpoints and alerts you when one stops accepting submissions. Collecting submissions is no help if the form silently broke last Tuesday.

When Getform is the better pick
If your flow is collect-and-route — submissions into Slack, Google Sheets, or a Zap, with no real follow-up step — Getform is mature and integration-rich, and you may not need a pipeline. Submito wins when those submissions are leads you have to chase to close, when EU hosting matters, or when you are running them across a stack of client sites.
