Submito vs Google Forms
Keep your design.
Drop the Google page.
Google Forms makes visitors fill out a Google-hosted form. Submito takes the form you already built and turns its submissions into tracked leads — on your domain, on EU servers.
Google Forms is a quick way to build a survey, and for internal questionnaires it is fine. On a client website it falls down on two things: visitors leave your site for a Google-branded page that looks nothing like the design, and responses land as spreadsheet rows with no follow-up. Submito is the opposite — your form stays your form, and submissions arrive as leads you can manage.
What you get that Google Forms doesn’t
Your form, your domain
Use the markup and styling you already built. Visitors never leave the site for a Google-hosted page, and there is no Google logo on your client's contact form.
Leads, not spreadsheet rows
Submissions become cards with status, owner, and follow-up dates instead of rows you babysit in Sheets and forget about.
Built for client work
A workspace per client with its own forms and team, so an agency can run dozens of sites without everything landing in one Google account.
EU data residency
Submissions stay on EU servers with export and retention controls, instead of flowing into a general-purpose Google account.
Moving over takes a minute
Nothing to rebuild. Your existing form just posts somewhere better.

<!-- your existing fields and styling -->No iframe, no redirect, no Google branding in front of your client's visitors. The form you designed posts straight to Submito.

When Google Forms is the better pick
For a free internal survey, a quiz, an RSVP — anything where branding and follow-up do not matter — Google Forms is fast and everyone already knows it. Submito wins when the form lives on a client's actual website, has to match the design, and the submissions are leads someone has to act on.
